In light of the expansion of Aqrarkredit CJSC’s activities and the continued enhancement of its governance structure, the reorganization of the Management Board was deemed necessary.
Taking into account the proposal of Anar Karimov, Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC and First Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Azerbaijan, as well as the discussions held, the Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders adopted a decision to reorganize the Management Board.
Under the adopted decision:
• Ilham Kalashov was appointed Chairman of the Management Board;
• Rajab Huseynov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board;
• Jahid Guluzade was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
