The composition of the Supervisory Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC has been reconstituted.
The powers of the Supervisory Board members previously appointed by the resolutions of the General Meeting of Shareholders dated 19 June 2025 and 8 December 2025 were terminated ahead of schedule.
Pursuant to the adopted decision, Anar Karimov was appointed Chairman and Member of the Supervisory Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC, while Gunduz Aliyev and Osman Khaliyev were appointed as members of the Supervisory Board.
These changes are intended to further strengthen the Company’s governance structure.
