An Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders of Aqrarkredit CJSC was held on 15 April.
During the meeting, chaired by Minister of Finance Sahil Babayev, the formation of a new composition of the Management Board was discussed following the expiration of the terms of the current board members.
Mr. Babayev expressed his appreciation to the outgoing members of the Management Board, including Chairman Mammad Musayev, for their contributions.
During the meeting, the new composition of the Management Board was approved. Pursuant to the adopted decision, Ilham Kalashov, Rajab Huseynov, and Jahid Guluzade were elected as new members of the Management Board. At the same time, Ilham Kalashov was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Acting Chairman, while Rajab Huseynov was appointed Deputy Chairman.
Mr. Babayev congratulated the newly appointed members of the Management Board and wished them success in their roles.
