The organizational structure of Aqrarkredit CJSC Non-Bank Credit Organization was approved by Resolution No. 158 of the Management Board dated 9 July 2025.
In line with the expansion of the Company’s areas of activity, the further enhancement of management processes, and the need to improve operational efficiency, the organizational structure was reviewed. Within this framework, relevant amendments were introduced pursuant to Resolution No. 07 of the Management Board dated 21 January 2026.
The implemented changes are aimed at improving the efficiency of Aqrarkredit CJSC’s operations, strengthening internal governance mechanisms, and enabling the Company to achieve its strategic objectives more effectively.
