Eldar Akhundov was born in 1970 in Baku. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from the Faculty of Transport at Azerbaijan Technical University in 1992 and obtained a PhD in Technical Sciences from the Azerbaijan State Oil Academy in 2002.
He began his professional career in 1992 as a Mechanical Engineer at the Passenger Transport Administration.
Between 1997 and 2016, he held various senior management positions at Arko Bank OJSC, Amrahbank OJSC, Royal Bank of Baku OJSC, and Nikoil Bank ICB. During this period, he served as Head of the Internal Audit Service at Nikoil Bank between 2006 and 2008.
He subsequently held executive positions at Royal Bank OJSC, Nurgyun Company, Gunay Company, Gunay Bank OJSC, and companies operating in the construction sector between 2008 and 2021.
From 2021 to 2025, he served as Associate Professor at Baku Engineering University.
Between July 2025 and January 2026, he worked as Internal Auditor at Aqrarkredit CJSC. Since January 2026, he has served as Head of the Internal Audit Service of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Farid Valizade was born in 1985. He graduated with distinction from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics, earning both bachelor’s (2006) and master’s (2009) degrees in International Economic Relations.
Between 2007 and 2022, he held various specialist and leadership roles at Aqrarkredit CJSC across strategic planning, marketing, international relations, planning, and business development functions. Between 2013 and 2014, he served as a member of the Audit Committee of Azər-Türk Bank OJSC.
From 2019 to 2026, he also served as Senior Advisor at the National Confederation of Entrepreneurs (Employers) Organizations of the Republic of Azerbaijan.
Since April 2022, he has served as Director of the Business Development Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Elshad Nuriyev was born in 1982 in Baku. He graduated with distinction from Azerbaijan Technical University, earning bachelor’s (2003) and master’s (2005) degrees in Informatics and Computer Engineering.
Between 2003 and 2017, he held various positions at Azərenerji OJSC, Bakcell LTD, Royal Bank of Baku OJSC, Cybernet LLC, Caspel LLC, TuranBank OJSC, Azerbaijan Industrial Insurance OJSC, and Gunay Bank OJSC.
Between 2018 and 2025, he served in project management, analytics, and leadership roles at BestComp Group LLC and Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Since July 2025, he has served as Director of the IT & Digitalization Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Zaur Bashirov was born in 1979. He graduated with distinction from Azerbaijan University of Languages in 2000 with a degree in Translation and Interpretation. In 2013, he completed a master’s degree with distinction at CIFE (Centre International de Formation Européenne), Nice Academy, France, specializing in European and International Organizations.
He also completed professional executive programs in Project Management at George Washington University School of Business (2012–2013) and Agile Strategic Leadership at Duke University Fuqua School of Business (2021–2022).
Between 2002 and 2026, he held various positions across public institutions, media, private industry, strategic research, and SOCAR, including leadership roles in international relations, protocol, and social project management.
Since April 2026, he has served as Director of the Administrative Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Najbaddin Sofiyev was born in 1969. He graduated from Baku State University in 1993 with a degree in History and from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2001 with a degree in Finance and Credit.
Between 1993 and 2016, he held various positions at the Azerbaijan Industrialists Union, Joint-Stock Commercial Agrarian Industrial Bank, Azər-Türk Bank OJSC, and Aqrarkredit CJSC across finance, asset and liability management, accounting, internal audit, and internal control functions.
Since February 2016, he has served as Director of the Internal Control & Risk Management Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Ilgar Sadiqov was born in 1975. He graduated from the Azerbaijan State Institute of Economics in 1998 with a degree in Economics and was awarded a PhD in Economics in 2022.
Between 1993 and 2025, he held various positions in the banking and financial sector, including leadership roles at Zamin Bank OJSC, Amrah Bank OJSC, Gunay Bank OJSC, Ideal NBCO, and Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Since July 2025, he has served as Director of the Loan Recovery Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Alpasha Gayibaliyev was born in 1965. He graduated with distinction from Baku Commercial College in Accounting in 1987 and from Azerbaijan State University of Economics in Economics in 1992.
Between 1992 and 2016, he held various roles in public institutions, business associations, and consulting organizations, including leadership positions as Secretary General and Chief Executive Officer.
Between 2016 and 2022, he held management positions at Aqrarkredit CJSC in the Loan Recovery and Asset Management functions.
Since April 2022, he has served as Director of the Foreign Asset Management Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Anar Vahubov was born in 1989. He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Economic Relations from the Azerbaijan State University of Economics in 2010 and completed his MBA in Business Organization and Management in 2013.
Between 2012 and 2025, he held procurement and supply chain management positions at major construction and industrial companies operating in Azerbaijan.
Since January 2026, he has served as Director of the Procurement & Supply Department of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
