Ilham Kalashov was born in 1979. He earned his bachelor’s degree in International Law from Baku State University between 1996 and 2000, followed by a master’s degree from the same institution in 2002, graduating with distinction. In 2009, he completed a master’s degree in Finance and Credit at Azerbaijan State University of Economics, also with distinction. Between 2020 and 2021, he participated in the professional development program in Finance and Banking at Boston University in the United States under the Hubert H. Humphrey Fellowship Program.
Mr. Kalashov began his professional career in 2000 in the Operations Department of the former Joint-Stock Commercial Agrarian Industrial Bank. He later worked at Aqrarkredit CJSC as Legal Counsel and Senior Legal Counsel, and between 2001 and 2006 held legal positions, including Senior Legal Counsel, at TuranBank OJSC.
From 2006 to 2024, he held various senior positions at the Mortgage and Credit Guarantee Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan, serving as Chief Legal Counsel, Head of the Legal Department, and Director of the Credit Department. From February 2019 to August 2024, he served as Chief Executive Officer of the Fund, and from August 2024 continued as Advisor to the Chairman of the Management Board.
In April 2025, Mr. Kalashov was appointed First Deputy Chairman of the Management Board and Acting Chairman of the Management Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
In December 2025, he was appointed Chairman of the Management Board.
Rajab Huseynov was born in 1974. In 1997, he graduated from Azerbaijan State University of Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit.
Between 1999 and 2002, he held various positions at Borchali Bank. From 2003 to 2010, he served at Azerbaijan Credit Bank OJSC, initially as Director of the Finance Department and, from 2007, as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board.
From 2010 until April 2025, he served as Deputy Chairman of the Management Board at Para Bank OJSC (currently Para NBCO OJSC).
In April 2025, Mr. Huseynov was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC.
Jahid Guluzade was born in 1989 in Beylagan. Between 2007 and 2011, he obtained a bachelor’s degree in Law from Baku State University.
He began his professional career in 2007 at ParaBank OJSC and held various managerial positions in the banking sector until 2016. During this period, he gained leadership experience as both Branch Manager and Department Director.
From 2019 onward, he held various positions at GL OJSC, serving as Director of the company between 2022 and 2025.
In April 2025, Mr. Guluzade was elected as a Member of the Management Board of Aqrarkredit CJSC and was appointed Deputy Chairman of the Management Board in December of the same year.
