Reception Guidelines

Citizen reception is organized in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Azerbaijan on Citizens’ Appeals.

Please note:

If a reception day coincides with a public holiday or official day of mourning, the reception will be rescheduled to the next business day.
Priority applicants may be received outside the standard schedule.
If the designated official is unavailable, reception will be conducted by an authorized representative.
Meetings are held at the organization’s administrative headquarters.

Reception is available by prior request only.

Individuals wishing to attend may register on weekdays between 09:00 and 18:00 by visiting Aqrarkredit in person or submitting a request via the official website.

Following review of the request, applicants will be contacted and an appointment date will be confirmed.
